Classic comedy starring George Formby as a man who heads to London in search of fame only to find himself accused of murder. George Trotter (Formby) is convinced he will make it on stage and duly checks in at Ma Tubbs (Hilda Mundy)'s theatrical boarding house. Unfortunately for George, when the performer in the next room, acrobat Tom Driscoll (Dennis Wyndham), is found murdered, George is Chief Inspector Twyning (Ian Fleming)'s prime suspect. Can George find out the true identity of the killer, or will his attempts to solve the case only provide further evidence for the police to use against him?

Robert Day directs this British sci-fi horror. Manning the experimental Y-13 aircraft, intrepid test pilot Dan Prescott (Bill Edwards) flies deeper into space than any man before him. After losing radio contact with mission control, and being bombarded by mysterious cosmic rays, Dan's wrecked craft is recovered hours later back on Earth with the pilot nowhere to be found. However, a spate of gruesome attacks on cattle and then humans, by a bloodthirsty creature, suggests Dan is still alive, if in a somewhat changed form...

CAR is a symposium and exhibition covering the impact of computer and communication systems applied to radiology and other medical disciplines, which use digital imaging for diagnosis and therapy planning. CAR '93 also provides tutorials, but more emphasis is given to a broad variety of specific problems related to medical/technical issues in digital imaging.
